Saturday we rented a car and took a day long drive through the county south of us.
A circular tower that monks used to defend themselves in, the door to enter is a couple stories off the ground.

Sunday we took a ferry to the largest of the Aran Islands. Its about 6 miles in length and probably like 1.5 miles in width generally, so pretty small. It seems much bigger though when you are sick, biking uphill, and in the rain.
This horse was really interested in me, when i stopped he did all he could to come near me and get his face as close to me as he could get.
